This document  aims to establish, policies concerning the current practices and procedures of APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD.

It is an advisory guide containing information that staff and management will be better able to progress the affairs of the APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD, to the overall advantage of all concerned.

It contains processes and procedures that we expect all business operations to follow.

In addition to this Organisational policy and procedure manual each staff member will be provided with a current job description and an employment contract.

Mission
APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD is a Group Training Company providing apprenticeship employment and management within the general automotive industry.

Values
People are our strength. Our services and products must be relevant to our Clients needs.  The Annual Surplus [profit] is a measure of how efficiently we conduct our business.

Beliefs
Change is constant and we need to embrace change where it is for the benefit of our Clients and the organisation.  Clients should receive quality service and be the focus of everything we do.  Our activities are founded on high ethical practices, on value management and prudent administration of APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD’s resources. Teamwork is essential.  It is the basis of our organisational structure.  We must treat each other with trust and respect. To achieve our objectives, ongoing training will be a fundamental requirement. We also have a social responsibility to our community.
