What is a Grievance?
A grievance is any type of problem, concern or complaint related to the work environment. A grievance may be about any act, omission, situation or decision that you think is unfair, discriminatory or unjustified.
APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD’s Grievance Handling Procedure is COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL, impartial and free from repercussions. No action will be taken against anyone for making a complaint or helping someone to make a complaint. Management will take all necessary steps to ensure that no victimisation occurs against anyone who makes a complaint. The APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD will aim to resolve all complaints within 7 days if at all possible.
Complaints about APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD Staff
If a complaint is made by an APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD client or a member of the public against an APPRENTICES PLUS PTY LTD member of staff, the member of staff will be informed of these allegations. These complaints will be fully investigated by the Departmental Manager responsible and staff will be given the opportunity to respond to any charges.
After a full and thorough investigation, taking into account the position of all parties involved, the relevant Departmental Manager will make a decision as to what if any action needs to be taken. This will be done in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer.
