At MTA Apprenticeships Plus we believe it's not just about getting you an apprenticeship. Our philosophy is to teach each of our apprentice mechanics life skills they can use on and off the job, and provide them with a career they can be proud of.

MTA Apprenticeships Plus was established by the Motor Traders' Association (MTA)of New South Wales in 2004 at the request of its members.

We're a not for profit company created to take on the looming skills shortage impacting productivity in the automotive industry. We employ highly skilled, qualified and professional staff to ensure the relationship between the employer and the apprentice is a successful and rewarding one.

Since its conception in 2004, MTA Apprenticeships Plus has become well known amongst the automotive industry, the education sector and the general public for being the most professional automotive specialist group training company in the business.

We represent the industry at career fairs, trade expos, and state and federal government meetings. We are dedicated to developing the future trades people of the automotive industry.
